This automatic egg breaking & separating machine is commercial equipment for liquid egg processing. It mechanically cracks eggs, discharges shells and collects egg liquid, supporting both whole liquid egg collection and yolk-white separation. All contact parts are 304 food-grade stainless steel, with built-in filtration to remove shell fragments for clean egg liquid. Featuring high recovery rate and stable automatic operation, it can run standalone or connect with egg washing, drying and pasteurizing machines to form a complete egg processing line for food factories.
